Welcome to the 2024 Mechanicsville Little League Spring Baseball Season.  Each year at MLL, the players/parents have an option to participate in an annual fundraiser   This year we will be taking orders from a brochure entitled “OTIS SPUNKMEYER”. Your participation in the fundraiser gives you the opportunity to earn back the $50 fundraiser fee you paid by selling these products. You will find neighbors, family, and co-workers very receptive to this popular product and pleased with the quality of the 11 choices of cookie dough.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Take orders, collecting money with each order, until the sales period is over. Checks should be payable to MLL. Collect no sales tax! All orders are due on or before Saturday, March 2nd BETWEEN 9 AM AND 12:00 PM IN THE BINGO HALL ALONG WITH THE MONEY COLLECTED.

2. PRINT YOUR PACKET NOW AND START SELLING EVEN BEFORE YOU REGISTER! FOR A COLOR BROCHURE CONTACT RENNIE LITTLEAGE OR STOP BY MLL AND PICK ONE UP.

3. If you have any questions or you cannot make the turn in date and need to turn in orders prior to the due date, direct all inquiries to Rennie Littlepage, whose contact information is below.

4. Prior to turning in your orders, transfer your totals from your brochure onto the MLL ORDER TALLY SHEET. Keep your brochures at home. They are a record to whom you sold. You can print the forms or come by MLL to pick up your fundraising packet.

5. You may pick up your order on *Wednesday, April 10th in the Bingo Hall from 6 – 8:00.
