Machine Pitch Softball is for participants 6-8 years of age.  A coach will deliver a live pitch from a machine.  Each team will have a Manager and 2 Assistant Coaches, with one acting as a machine operator.  Parents are strongly encouraged to become involved and fill one of those positions.

Players should arrive at each practice/game with the following equipment:

Batting Helmet with Face Guard
Softball Face Mask
Softball Bat (USA Stamp)
Batting Gloves
Softball Glove (10.5 - 11 in)
Cleats
Proper softball attire (full uniform for games; athletic apparel for practice)
Bat Bag
Water Bottle (ONLY water or sports drink. No food)
Mouth piece (optional)
Pants (gray) for games
Catcher's Equipment (if you want your player to have his/her own)

Equipment Provided by MLL:

Bat (most players purchase their own)
Helmet (most players purchase their own)
